The Federal high court sitting in Abuja has nullified the suspension of senator Ovie Omo-Agege and declared the action of the senate unconstitutional
Justice Nnamdi Dimgba in a judgment ordered that the senator should immediately return back to the senate and that he is entitled to all his rights and benefits.
The judge justice Nnamdi Dimgba, held that the senate do not have the authority to discipline it’s members for more than 14 days legislative day
