The President, Masters Energy Group, Dr. Uche Ogah, has replied those alleging that he’s among economic saboteurs, saying he’s above such pettiness boasting of his vast business interest acquired through sweat.
Reacting to the story which recently made headlines in the social media, Ogah, through his head of communication, Emma Iheanacho, said “I’m above that. I do not need to sabotage my country to live well. I own the biggest oil storage facilities in Nigeria.”
A non-governmental organization called Global Anti-Corruption Initiative had made the claim which Ogah denied as ‘total falsehood’, adding that “I’m a well known and high ranking entrepreneur who has empowered many Nigerians and still providing employment to thousands of Nigerians. My contributions to the Nigerian economy are immense and widely acknowledged.
“How can someone who has invested so much and have total belief in the greatness of this nation be involved in economic sabotage?” he said, adding that he has absolute confidence in Nigeria and is always preoccupied with thoughts on how to make this country greater.
