While the crisis between the singing famous twin brothers, P-Square, lasted, many never realized it could be resolved so soon.
Global Excellence magazine has uncovered why the quick reversal, and who and who were behind the reconciliation.
Peter Okoye, Paul’s twin brother, it was, who fired the battle engine when he was reported to have written on his Twitter handle that their elder brother, Jude, had one enough as the group’s manager.
Peter, in the statement, allegedly called on Jude to step aside as their manager to which Jude was also said to have replied that he was no longer the manager.
That done, the next news was that one of Nigerian prestigious mobile networks, Glo, had dropped the singing brothers as its Ambassadors for alleged breach of contract. Glo has since denied this rumour.
Meanwhile, the secret behind P-Square’s reconciliation has been revealed to this magazine. A very reliable insider told us that elders in the family of the singing dudes actually called them to order on the lingering crisis.
According to the source simply called Bayo, who we believe has the ears of P-Square, “the fight originally was meant to be temporary. They are brothers, and a fight among brothers could be settled at any time. Now, you know if they have invited them to their ancestral home for settlement?” asks Bayo who spoke to us a few days before the final reconciliation became public knowledge.
Bayo added in his statement that “what you are seeing is just media buzz. Yes, Paul has what he is doing independently, helping younger talents up with their career. But that doesn’t make the fight real,” a statement appearing to have endorsed the suspicion in some quarters that indeed, the P-Square’s rift might just be the latest in their usual stunts.
